SAATHVI delivers to selected locations across India through trusted logistics and courier partners.

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your area. We reserve the right to accept or decline delivery requests for locations that are not serviceable by our delivery partners.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

  • Orders with a total value of ₹2,000 or above are eligible for FREE SHIPPING, provided the delivery address falls within our regular serviceable delivery areas.

Standard Shipping

  • For orders below ₹2,000, shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and applicable courier charges.

Extended Delivery Areas

  • For locations outside our regular delivery network or delivery zones, an additional shipping charge ranging from ₹50 to ₹250 may be applied depending on:
    • Delivery location
    • Distance from serviceable areas
    • Package weight and dimensions
    • Courier partner charges
  • The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Note: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 may not apply to remote, rural, or extended delivery locations where additional logistics costs are incurred. In such cases, SAATHVI reserves the right to charge a reasonable shipping fee of ₹50–₹250 based on the delivery destination.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Failed Delivery Attempts

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the package if visibly damaged.
  2. Take photographs of the package.
  3. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Provide your order number and supporting images for review.
